Your initial appointment is where your health story begins.
Before our first session together, you’ll complete an in-depth intake form where you share your health history, current health issues, previous pathology results, and health goals. I review all of this prior to seeing you for the first time. Your health is explored from every angle – a full health history, current symptoms, family health history, lifestyle, dietary habits, existing diagnoses, pathology results, alongside your health goals and needs. This appointment allows me to build a thorough and nuanced picture of not just where your health is today, but what has led you here.
Where needed, further pathology or functional testing may be recommended to complete your health picture and ensure nothing is overlooked. You will be provided with an initial Naturopathic Care Plan which may include supplement or herbal prescriptions, as well as dietary and lifestyle recommendations to get your health journey started.
Extended Return Appointment
$280.00 / Time: 60 minutes
Following on from your initial appointment; we do a deep dive into your nutrition and lifestyle.
The extended return appointment follows on from your initial appointment; we do a deep dive into your nutrition and lifestyle and investigate how these contribute to your health and joy. We go over any new pathology results and ensure that our treatment plan remains on point!
An extended return appointment is also for my existing clients that have a change in their health status and are beginning a new naturopathic care plan, require some extra time and support, or who haven’t had an appointment with me for over 12 months.
Return Appointment
$180.00 / Time: 45 minutes
Return appointments keep you up-to-date and moving forward with your health journey.
Return appointments are utilised to check in with your current health and wellbeing status, to ensure our treatments and naturopathic care plan are working for you, and to keep you motivated and on track. Your naturopathic care plan is an evolving plan, one that changes as you do, and one that we continually tweak as your health and vitality progresses – return appointments give us the time and space to discuss this. These appointments follow on from your extended return appointment and keep you moving forward while we establish a solid health base and routine.
Check-in Appointment
$110.00 / Time: 30 minutes
Check-in appointments are for my current clients only, for those that are on a well-established naturopathic care plan.
As these appointments are shorter in duration, they are designed for my clients who have had a slight change in their current health status or path and would like to make some minor changes to their naturopathic care plan, who are ready for the next step of their care plan which doesn’t require a longer appointment (this is usually discussed in our previous appointment), or simply require a quick chat for clarification, motivation or ideas.
Acute Care Appointment

This 15-minute appointment is designed for:
Acute, self-limiting illnesses that would benefit from the prescription of personalised herbal medicines and/or practitioner-only health supplements (example: cold and flu symptoms, acute viral or bacterial infections, sore throat, sinus infection, gastro, digestive symptoms, diarrhoea or constipation, acute hay fever, sleep support, travel health advice);
Change in medication: when my clients have had a change in their medications and they require an interaction check with their herbal medicines and nutritional supplements.
Functional
Test Review Appointment
$350.00 / Time: 60 minutes
A personalised, in-depth session reviewing your functional test results.
A functional test review appointment is allocated for us to run through the reports we receive from your functional tests, such as GI Map + StoolOMX, Microba, Dutch, HuMAP, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, Organic Acid Test, Allergy Panels, Tox Detect, etc. I take the time to go through your results thoroughly and present the information so it is meaningful to you and your health. You will be provided with a copy of the test report as well as a personalised report of key findings alongside a detailed naturopathic care plan.
