Meet Julianne.
I am a passionate educator, Naturopath, Herbalist, speaker, researcher, author, Mum, whole food foodie, and lover of nature and nurture.
As a degree-qualified Naturopath and Herbalist, my clinical experience spans more than 20 years, working individually and collaboratively with patients in private clinical settings, within hospitals, fitness and community groups, individual athletes, and within corporate realms. As an experienced practitioner, I weave together modern and traditional Naturopathy, herbalism, nutrition, and lifestyle elements, as well as functional testing, to get to the core of your health concerns.
Hi there,
I’m Julianne Grant…
My life, and my patients, have brought me to specialise in all things immune and gut health. Personally, I have experienced severe post-viral fatigue, autoimmunity, and mould/mycotoxin illness. In hindsight, these health challenges have been a bizarre blessing!
These experiences triggered a thirst for knowledge and understanding of how our body responds to pathogens, toxins (pathogenic and environmental), food, stress, and trauma. They also led me on a path of investigating healing strategies which include the amazing powers of herbal medicine, the impact of diet and how it can be tailored to support healing and long-term health, how to support optimal gut/immune function through modulation of the gastrointestinal microbiome, and supportive lifestyle strategies… the list goes on!
My passion.
For the love of herbs.
I have a deep appreciation of herbal medicine and mother nature. As a self-proclaimed “herb nerd” who also researches, writes, educates and presents for a prominent Australian herbal medicine company, I have spent many hours dedicated to unravelling the science behind our body’s responses to stressors, including infection and toxins, and to any form of immune dysregulation (e.g. autoimmunity, chronic inflammatory response syndrome, cancer), as well as exploring the research behind herbal medicine, food as medicine, nutrient supplementation, and lifestyle tweaks in order to help facilitate healing.
Striving to be your best.
I hold such appreciation for my patients who have made the conscious choice to be well, to live a life that embraces whole foods and eating to thrive, to live in an environment that encourages wellness, and to embrace the great outdoors… all of which ultimately improves their own health and ignites their vitality.
After years of trial and error, I can honestly say that I am now living a life fuelled by wellness and vitality, all of which comes from a deep understanding of my body and my health. It is my mission to help my patients achieve their best health, to really know their bodies, and to live a vibrant life.
