Naturopathic Appointments and Packages
Initial Naturopathic Consultation
(60-75 mins - $220)
An initial Naturopathic consultation with Julianne includes an extensive chat around your current and past health history, your current symptoms, the health impact of your lifestyle and food choices, as well as an in depth look at your current diagnosis and pathology results. Further pathology or functional testing may be requested if there is a crucial piece of your health puzzle missing that we can discover through utilising these tools.
This consultation sets the foundation for you to really understand where your current state of health is at, and also where it has been… what has led you to your health presentation today. This knowledge empowers you to take ownership of your future health and wellbeing, and I am passionate about providing you with the tools you need to take back, and keep, your health.
From here, you will receive a Naturopathic Treatment Plan with your health goals clearly identified. We will start to work with your lifestyle and diet, as well as the addition of herbal medicine and supplements to bring your body back to optimal equilibrium and vitality.
Quick Check-in or Acute Consultation (10-15 mins - $45)
These quick phone or online consultations are for my current patients only.
They are designed for my patients who require a quick health check-in due to an acute illness, such as a cold or gastro, a slight change in their current health status or path, or simply require a quick chat for clarification, motivation or ideas.
Initial Return or Long Return Consultation
(45-60 mins - $160)
Our initial return consultation follows on from your initial consultation; we do a deep dive into your diet and lifestyle and investigate how these contribute to your health and joy. We go over any new functional testing or pathology results and ensure that our treatment plan remains on point!
A long return consultation is for my patients that have a change in their health status or require some extra time and support.
Return Consultation
(30 mins - $95)
Our return consultations are utilised to check in with your current health and wellbeing status, to ensure our treatments and our plan are working for your, and to keep you motivated and on track.
But… my sweet spot sits in complex cases and all things immune health, such as autoimmunity, post-viral syndromes, chronic and stealth infections, CIRS, oncology care, etc. I enjoy getting to the root cause of your case, identifying areas we need clarification with (e.g. via functional/pathology testing) and pulling together your health and lifestyle timeline so we are absolutely clear on the areas we need to address to get you on the path to wellness.
